Apple Blue Brat
Apple chardonnay brat topped with blue cheese crumbles, a sweet carrot and cabbage slaw, and Good Life Naturals apple, beet and carrot ketchup, served with kettle chips.
1/4 Cup Matchstick Carrot
1/4 Cup Purple Cabbage
1/4 Cup Red wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 of one Lemon – squeezed
1 Tablespoon Honey
- Grill brat fully.
- Make Sweet Carrot and Cabbage Slaw
- Mix carrot, cabbage, red wine vinegar, oil, lemon juice and honey.
- Place brat in bun, layer with Good Life Naturals apple, beet and carrot ketchup.
- Finish with blue cheese crumbles.
